One of the great legacies of our beloved and great John Paul II was to develop the understanding of Spousal Love through the expansion of a new vocabulary and dialogue of interpersonal communion. By this, we see with greater clarity the profound way in which each of us is loved by God, with a love even more intense than the most ardent spousal love.
In our desire both to promote this dialogue, and to evangelize the culture through a discussion of the many inspiring teachings of John Paul II, we invite each of you -- young, old, married, single -- to a refreshing day in which we explore a bit further the ways in which God loves us, and the ways in which we are meant to love others through gift and acceptance.
How long has it been since you took time with God and for your loved ones? You know you need a day to calm yourself. You know you need to retreat from the frenzied world for deep refreshment.
- Come to be renewed.
- Come to start over.
- Come to invite Christ into your life as never before.
- It is time for a new beginning.
Discern how God is calling you to love Him through others in all of your relationships.
The cost is $40.00 individuals; $70.00 married couples. Fifty percent discount to teachers and students. Some partial scholarships available.
This day also offers 6 Diocesan Continuing Education Credits.
