Training Programs

Our training clients range from Dioceses, to individual Churches, to Mental Health Counselors to other individuals committed to innovative conflict resolution techniques. Some individuals and groups work only with couples and families; others work only with workplace situations.

Spiritual-based Transformative Mediation training radically differs from legalistic and facilitative forms of conflict resolution. Spiritual-based models of transformative mediation compliment a wide range of professions from legal and arbitration practices to mental and pastoral counseling.

Our programs offer a multi-tiered paradigm which salutes the totality of the human person in both body and spirit. The training of course grounds the student in the practical and legal rudiments of conflict resolution. These requirements are also blended with empathic communication and listening skills for the mediator to impart to each potential client.

Yet more is obliged from the Transformative Mediator who draws upon the creative power of the human spirit. Therefore, our programs also address universal truths and the consequences of each free choice. The mediator learns to motivate the client to tap into those inner resources that can transform conflict into personal growth.
